"Excellent Hotel"

Great Hotel, very clean, very polite staff always willing to help. Good food, drinks and entertainment.

"It was OK"

The service attendance and waiter/waitress were excellent ans attentive. However, the check-in experience was horrible. After I enter the complex waited in a long line, once I each the receptionist I was informed that i could not bring my luggage to the counter. I had to place my luggage in the destinated unsecured area and go to the rear of the line. This is after traveling 4.5 hrs. This policy absolutely made no sense why couldn’t I wheel my luggage with me? why was I not informed prior the entering the complex? Why was there not someone watching my luggage?? First impressions mean everything.
